A couple of weeks ago I got the opportunity to chat with Randy Wilburn of the I Am Northwest Arkansas Podcast. Randy is a great guy who helps newcomers to our area feel welcome and ready to engage with a new community. He points people to high quality food, activities and resources in the the 4th best place to live according to the U.S. News & World Reports's annual survey.
We had a lot of fun in the interview and he asked some excellent questions about mental health like, "Does it all relate back to our parents?" and "What do you do personally to take care of yourself to do this work?"
