Parenting can be overwhelming!

It's hard not to get anxious about "getting it right," feeling the pressure to set your kids up to be successful, happy, and healthy while just trying to survive most days yourself.

And teaching your kids about sex can be one of the more daunting responsibilities as a parent, especially if you experienced a flawed or insufficient sex education.

We want to do right by our kids! We want to give them the tools that may not have been offered to us:

  • the confidence to know their worth and use their voice

  • the ability to listen to their bodies

  • an understanding of anatomy and the body's functions

  • a shame-free sex education

  • support in developing healthy relationships.

The good news is that you can offer all of that to your kids and you don't have to do it alone!
