With 15 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, Brandi teaches regularly on emotional and relational health. Personally, she's a mom of 3 kids, a wife, a friend, and a follower of Jesus. As a human who loves her people but also needs her time alone, she wants everyone to enjoy a balance in community where they can advocate for themselves and feel good about what they bring to the table.

Whether it is your relationship with yourself, your partner, your friend, or your family:

01

Your first step is to consider your role in those relationships.

02

Second, find a therapist. Marriage and family therapists are thoroughly trained to support your healing and development in relationships. They can help you navigate conflict, establish boundaries, and cheer you on as you work through the pain that often comes in connection with other weary humans.

The Truth About Holy Sex

A course & workbook for people who love Jesus and want to love sex

While sexuality is designed by God with good purpose for all humanity, you might have been taught that it was something to hide or ignore. Harmful misinformation about sex, or silence on the subject entirely, leads people to absorb beliefs like: sex is just for men, thinking about sex is automatically lusting, or sexuality is bad.

These messages are misleading, inaccurate, and confusing. In The Truth About Holy Sex, author Brandi K. Harris, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, uses scripture and evidence-based research to bring men and women joy, peace, and healing in their sexuality. Her insights, resources, and practical applications will help followers of Jesus increase intimacy and develop deeply satisfying sex.
