Informed Consent and Healing from Trauma
A friend called me recently to consult on some support she was providing to a recovery home for women in abusive relationships. The question at hand was how we could support this home, these women and the staff who care for them, in addition to any children involved from a psychological standpoint. And that doesn't count the time I spend with my friends and family and all the years I spent coaching and playing sports, all navigating the nuances of human relationships and interactions. I'm highly extroverted and intuitive. If there is one thing I feel is true about most hu

I hear rephrasing like, "I just feel better if I excercise," and "I just need to lose a few pounds," but
